Activity Kit - The Names We Use

U.S. Space Observance and Space Exploration Day are appropriate names for the commemoration of the Apollo 11 Moon Mission, and the promotion of future space progress. "Space Day" is too general. There is also a Space Day established in May. Moon Day is too limiting. Spaceweek isn't a real word, and the Apollo 11 anniversary is nine days long. Also, "Observance" tends to set our effort apart from the hundreds of frivolous commemorative weeks. We are not another national pickle week.
